Naturally, being in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, we have a superb assortment made by local wine producers, from lighter Chiantis to the full-bodied boldness of the mature reds which pair so perfectly with a bistecca Fiorentina. But our selection is drawn from the whole of Italy: try a deliciously fresh Vermentino from Sardinia with our spaghetti con vongole, then a superbly rich and complex Nebbiolo from Piedmont, perfect for drinking with dishes that are equally complex in taste – perhaps with the delicious truffles of the region, which often feature on our seasonal menu.

Not only do we also offer a wide range of the best French and German wines, we pride ourselves on our truly excellent choice of pudding wines to pair with our dessert menu or a delicious cheese plate. And, sipping a caffè as the evening draws to a happy close, we can suggest liqueurs and digestifs from our unparalleled stock of after-dinner drinks. Whether you feel like a classic grappa or Sambuca or limoncello, or want to try something more unusual – a cloudy arancello which substitutes oranges for the traditional lemons; a mirto from Sardinia, rich with myrtle berries, sweet and lightly bitter; a soothing camomile grappa – we will always be able to suggest something which will end your evening on a perfect note.
